neonstudio is a service of Duband Inc., a Nevada S corporation ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. In short: we collect the minimum we need to build and run your website, we run no advertising trackers and set no cookies, we never sell your data, and you can opt out of our emails at any time.

1. what we collect

When you ask for a free redesign, whether on this site or from one of our representatives in person, we collect:

Your email address, so we can send your preview and follow up.
Your website address, so we can build a redesign of your current site.
Your business name, and if you give them to a representative in person, a contact name and phone number.
Publicly available content from your existing website (text, images, contact details already published there) which we read automatically to generate your preview.
Your IP address, recorded with your request. We use it to rate limit abuse of our forms.
Design preferences you give us, such as the direction and colour you pick and any notes you type into the preview.
Basic engagement records, such as whether your preview or pricing page was opened, and which of our representatives you spoke to.

If you become a customer, our payment processor also gives us a customer reference, a transaction reference, and the amount paid. We never see or store your card number.

2. how we use it

To build and show you your free redesign preview.
To follow up about that preview and answer your questions.
To deliver, host, secure and update your website once you are a customer.
To manage your Google Business Profile, Yelp profile and search visibility, if you are on a plan that includes it.
To take payment and keep our own business records.
To protect our forms and systems from abuse.

We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not feed it to advertising networks.

3. cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or session recording trackers. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel and no third party tag on these pages.

The one exception is our representatives' own field tool, which stores a representative's name and a copy of the details they just captured in their own browser, on their own device, so the tool keeps working if their signal drops. That information stays on that device and is never read by anyone else's browser.

4. email and your consent

By submitting your email through one of our forms, you are giving express consent to receive your requested redesign and related emails from neonstudio, consistent with the CAN-SPAM Act. Every commercial email includes an unsubscribe link and our postal address, and we honour opt outs promptly. We do not send automated marketing calls or text messages. If one of our representatives has your phone number, they may call or text you directly about your preview.

We share information only with the service providers we need to run the business, under agreements limiting them to our instructions:

Stripe, for payments and subscription billing.
Resend, for sending our email.
DigitalOcean, which hosts our servers, and Microsoft 365, which hosts our mailboxes.
Google and Yelp, where we manage your business listings on your behalf, if your plan includes it.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone, and we do not share it with advertising platforms. We may disclose information if we are required to by law, or to protect our rights, our customers, or the public.

6. how long we keep it

We keep enquiry and preview information for as long as we need it to provide the service and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, then delete or anonymise it. Customer records are kept for the life of the account and, where tax and accounting rules require it, for a period after cancellation. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

7. your rights and choices

Unsubscribe from our emails using the link in any message.
Access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing us.
Ask us to take down your preview. Previews live at an unlisted link and are not indexed by search engines, and we will remove one on request.

If you are a resident of California or another state with additional privacy rights, you may exercise them by contacting us, and we will not treat you differently for doing so. Because we do not sell or share personal information for cross context behavioural advertising, there is nothing for you to opt out of on that front.

8. security

We use industry standard measures, including encryption in transit and restricted access to our systems, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard what you share with us.

9. children

Our service is sold to businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13, and we delete it if we learn we have.

10. changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we will tell customers by email.
